01. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

All business transactions must adhere to the minimum quantity requirements outlined in our current season catalog. PY Originals reserves the right to decline orders that fall below these manufacturing thresholds.

02. Payment Terms

Standard orders are initiated upon full payment confirmation. For custom high-volume manufacturing, a non-refundable advance may be required as per individual contract negotiations.

03. Logistics & Delivery

All shipments originate from our Hubballi facility. Unless specified in a separate logistics agreement, freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer. While we facilitate shipping through trusted partners, delivery windows are estimates provided by third-party carriers.

04. Quality Assurance & Returns

Our garments undergo rigorous quality control. Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. For verification, a continuous unboxing video is required to document the condition of the parcel as received.

05. Governing Law

All commercial agreements are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Hubballi, Karnataka.
